Job Titles: Trade marketing Executive/Manager
Report to: Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate with marketing team and sales team to provide superior POS in the store and tailor-made promotion support for different channels

Trade support:
Develop marketing plan to resource-based trade support calendar
Plan & design, implement store trade support calendar to have rational balance between sales target in short run & brand image for long run
Work on special actions in a well planned manner to support sales team to achieve sales increase
Work with wholesale partners to ensure the brand trade marketing & visual merchandising guidelines are being followed and executed at the brand-deserved quality
Manage agency to get agreed quality within budget

Merchandising:
Help marketing manager to develop retail display concept for retail channel
Help marketing manager to develop of display concept adjustment according to site specification & difference of customer shopping habit
Propose animation display to highlight special product features, new product launch
Monitor and implement monthly & weekly maintenance system and propose means of improvement

Traffic Driving
Develop information aid including shop banner, outdoors, window display, shopping directory to build effective awareness around the POS
Produce incentive driver to convert effective in-store traffic to counter
Set up traffic driving schema and make sure the efforts of driving traffic are well paid-off by encouraging and recognizing the commitment from sales team including field staff, trainer, sales administration

Animation
Plan, negotiate and arrange support with sales team, dealers and department stores for promotions and animations;
Design and produce podiums with agencies to meet image expression and sales needs within a specified budget
Design and produce with agency soft decoration to feature special promotion or seasonal animation
Trade related communication
Coordinate with marketing communication executive to deliver proper message trade related activities, including product introduction in POS, promotion leaflet, store magazine ads & advertorial, trade promotion ads

Cooperation:
Act as bridge between sales team & communication marketing to collaborate constructive cooperation
Maintain good relationship with all business partners including department store, kitchen dealer, retail partner to leverage external resources

Other Ad-hoc tasks
Support ad hoc pre-sale event if mockup display is the key driver to success to project business
Support offsite customer event by building up proper branding ambiance

Report & Learning
To build up regular report to track & evaluate trade activities, to measure the effectiveness of activity, budget allocation, and inventory flow of related marketing material
To analyze result and make proposals for improvement
To maintain an up-to-month display report for each sales outlet
To spend half day every work week in store to do the field observation and share the learning with related team

Qualifications & Experiences:

Three years working experience in trade marketing or related fields
Good command of English
Cute business sense with high sensitivity to detail
People person
