- 接收和处理来自邮件，传真和电话的销售订单。
- 接受处理客户业务查询及服务投诉。
- 对末端的配送进行跟踪及协调处理。
- 回单审核及归档处理。
- 物流信息及库存进出校验报告。
- 确保处理操作流程符合公司的要求及规章制度。
要求：
- 有1-2年相关客服经验。
- 能熟练操作计算机及办公软件应用。
- 工作认真踏实。
- 良好英文读写能力。
