职位描述
Job Title : Assistant Accountant
Purpose of the Job
Act as assistant Accountant for LSH Management Co, New Star Beijing, LSH China Management
1. To work on book-keeping and month-end closing.
2.Issue service contract/ debit note / invoice to dealers and follow up collection in time.
3. To handle monthly, quarterly and annual tax report submission.
4. Prepare Daily cash flow and other finance matters related to incorporation.
Primary/Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation full set of accounts in NC system, including Flash Report /MA / MR.
2. Preparation of statutory report and submission to local authorities timely, esp. Tax Bureau,
Finance Bureau & Statistics Bureau.
3. Prepare annual budget & quarterly forecast and submit to FM for review
4. Prepare annual service contracts and issue invoice to dealers on monthly basis
5. Check staff's expenses claim and ensure all claims can comply with company's policy
6. Prepare NC Daily Cash flow Report and other finance matters related to companies incorporation.
7. Other work assigned by FM.
Minimum Requirement
1. Degree/Diploma: Bachelor degree
2. Major: Finance/ Accounting
3.Other qualifications eg certification
*Employed Accountant Certificate（会计从业资格证）
*Employed Statistics Certificate（统计从业资格证）
*Qualified Accountant-Intermediate or above (中级会计职称 或以上)
4. Related Working Experience
*4 years experience as accountant.
* Experience in audit firm is a plus.
Knowledge
1. Be familiar with Tax Regulation
2. Good command of finance knowledge and accounting Policy.
3. Be reliable and accountable
4. High working efficiency.
5. Team work spirit
Competency
Must Have
1.Degree and Accounting qualification certificate.
2 .Sense of Accountability;
3.Basic English and good communication skills.
Good to Have
1.Working experience in automotive industry is a plus
2. More experience in Yongyou NC and IUFO reporting system
3. Have strong learning ability
