职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
Organize to build and implement the production plan and strategies, mastermind the formulation of annual total production budgets to meet operation plan goals;
- 组织制定并实施生产战略计划,主持制定年度生产总预算以完成运营计划目标;
Keep closed lateral connections within the internal different operation departments in accordance with working processes;
- 按工作程序做好与公司内部不同部门的横向联系;
Lead to establish and improve quality management system, organize to implement, supervise and inspect production quality system operations, keep a close – eye with the quality status in production process, coordinate the communication and cooperation within different department, solve problem timely occurring in production;
- 领导建立和完善质量管理制度,组织实施并监督、检查生产质量体系的运行,随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态,协调各部门之间的沟通与合作,及时解决生产中出现的问题;
Organize the application / extension of new technology and equipment; organize to implement and supervise each index of technology, quality, equipment, cost and production capacity etc.;
- 组织新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用推广,组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等;
Ensure the production site maintaining well-organized production, and equipments are in good operation status;
- 保证生产现场能够正常生产,设备处于良好状态;
Lead, supervise, and check the jobs of subordinate, in charge of and manage their training and performance evaluation;
- 指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作,负责管理他们的培训和业绩评估;
Complete the other tusks timely assigned by the senior management.
- 及时完成上级领导交办的其它工作。
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, 8 years or above production management coordination experience, and 5 years or above department manager experience;
- 本科或以上学历, 8年以上生产管理协调经验,5年或以上部门经理经验;
Familiar with ISO 9000 / TS16949 quality management system and production operation management concepts;
- 熟悉ISO 9000 / TS16949 等质量管理体系和生产经营管理理念;
Familiar with SPC, process capability study and lean manufacturing;
- 熟悉统计过程控制、生产过程能力分析和精益生产等;
Equipped with good abilities of organizing, leading, coordinating and communicating, good abilities of emergency treating and be able to instruct and lead teamwork;
- 具备良好的组织领导、协调交流及应急能力,能有效地指导和带领团队开展工作;
Solid site management experience, working experience of Electronic manufacturing, Laminate manufacturing or Building Material manufacturing background will be advantaged;
- 丰富的现场管理经验,电子制造、耐火板制造、或建材制造等行业工作经验将优先考虑;
Good stress tolerance ability and high sense of team – work;
- 良好的压力承受能力和高度的团队工作意识;
Good office software application abilities;
- 良好的办公室软件应用能力;
Good problem solving skills regarding production, facility etc.;
- 对生产、设备等出现问题,具备良好的解决能力;
Good English communication capabilities.
- 良好的英语沟通能力。
