职位描述

Key Accountabilities:

Lead and motivate the technical team;
- 领导并激励技术团队;
Inspect technical team member’s technical solution and also make the technical presentation to clients;

Establish and maintain a good relationship with the existing customers;
- 与现有客户建立并保持良好关系;
Provide professional technical supports for projects including products introduction and new products promotion, technical seminar, model & parameter recommend, issues solving, quick response to complaints and quality problems;
- 给项目提供专业的技术支持,包括产品介绍、新产品推广、技术研讨、型号及参数推广、问题解决和对客户投述及质量问题的快速反应;
Identify cost reduction potential and demonstrate alternatives;
- 鉴定成本降低的可能性并证实抉择;
Interface sales / marketing people, technical service, R. & D. and laboratory to understand and apply production / application techniques to enhance business opportunities via product applications, meet customer expectations and solve technical problems;
- 配合销售 / 市场部同事及技术服务、研发和实验室人员理解和运用生产 / 应用技术以提高产品应用过程中的商业机会,满足顾客期望和解决技术难题;
Incumbent to provide technical input and recommendation to strategy development and implementation based on product performance analysis in comparison to competitive products / services. Define and rank performance requirements for technical success;

In new product launches, participate as part of the team to contribute manufacturing processes and to influence product end-use performance, to ensure smooth introduction of the final product to customer;

As a Technical Manager, incumbent is expected to support employee development by participation in employee recruitment, and ensuring succession planning is in place. To provide coaching, development opportunities and to ensure enhancement of his subordinates’ technical competencies so they can carry out their tasks effectively;

Correlates laboratory experience in the development of new materials, services and processes, and aids with progress during experimental production stages into full production and / or service;

Collaborates with business partners and Production for new product development and supporting manufacturing problem solving and optimization;

Key requirements:

University diploma or above, Forestry or Chemical major subject will be an advantage;
- 本科或以上学历,林业或化工专业优先;
At least 5 years working experience in R. & D., technical support areas, minimum 3 years technical management experience;
- 5念以上研发、技术支持领域工作经验,最少3年以上技术管理经验;
Self – motivated, hard working, good planning ability, target – oriented and good service attitude;
- 自我激励、努力工作、良好的计划能力、目标定向和良好的服务态度;
Able to work under pressure to tight deadline with minimal supervision;
- 能承受工作压力;
Development and successful implementation of new products;
- 成功地开发和推广新产品;
Strong strategic, communication and presentation skills;

Excellent influencing skills to convince external customers;
