Key Responsibilities:
1.Implement north region market plan in the Metal Fabrication segment to develop the corresponding market with Praxair application technology and other resource.
2.Understand market trends in selected sub-segments, prepare market plans with CAMD team members, lead the implementation of the market plan.
3.Apply existing applications technologies and introduce PX’s new applications to develop market in Metal Fabrication segment through working with regional CAMD and equipment engineers for winning new business to support business growth.
4.Keep on implementing in developed business, including process design, customer communication, contract negotiation, installation etc.
5.Train regional sales through providing training materials, joint customer calls, proposal preparation, start-ups and process optimization.
Key Capabilities:
1.Education:
Solid background in welding and cutting industry
Bachelor degree or above of welding Technology is preferred
2.Experience:
5+ years technique related working experience on welding and cutting
Understanding of base metal/consumable combinations for different applications
Excellent knowledge of different welding processes
Analytical ability to evaluate welding cost and develop productivity improvements
Advanced selling skills preferred
3.Skills & Personal Attributes:
Fluent English both in oral and written
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability of leading technical discussions with customers
Ability to work as part of team and share knowledge
