Main responsibilities:主要职责
Responsible for IE: 负责工业工程
?Account utilization process capacity, research operate motion in existence, improve Non-Value Added process (use IE knowledge,Value Engineering Theory , lean manufacturing ,QC,TPM etc) 计算工序能力，分析现有操作行为，运用工业工程知识，价值工程理论，精益生产，快速换模，全员预防性维护等改进不增值工序。
?Standardized Work 标准化工作
?Support process improvements and productivity increase支持工序改进和生产效率的提高。
?Attend to Push Lean manufacturing system( include 5S/VSM/QC/Kaizen/Vesual factory)参与推行精益生产系统（包括5S/价值流程图/快速换模/看板管理/可视化工厂）
?Responsible for training workshop leader and team leader about IE knowledge.负责车间主任和班组长的工业工程知识的培训。

?university degree as Industrial Engineering or correlation speciality. 工业工程或相关专业本科毕业。
?fair speak and write English.熟练的英语说、听、写、译能力。

?team work and able to create a positive collaboration wit superior and peers具有团队合作精神，能够与上级和同事积极的合作。
?better to be familiar with IE&Lean&5S& Kaizen. 熟悉工业工程、精益生产、5S 、看板拉动系统管理者优先考虑。
