Job Summary:
New products /components introduction works for Excavator /Compactor /Paver /Wheel loader etc.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
·Project planning /coordinating / tracking implementation
·New product introduction to Linyi hub
·Facilitate new production line and new factory design /setup
·Facilitate preparation and pilot production for new products developments
·Secure project SQDCEP
Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
·Minimum 10 years’ experience of Production or Manufacture Engineering or related
Personal Qualifications Knowledge
·Knowledge on project management
·Overall knowledge for manufacturing engineering (process design /improvement), has a good understanding of “Lean” concept
·Overall knowledge for technical field (drawing reading, jig & fixture design, machine, hydraulic, electric/electronic etc)
·Facility /equipment etc. investment planning skill /knowledge

·Cooperation abilities with the other teams
·Strategic plan and Business plan skills
·Good presentation skill
Education
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent competence or higher, preferably in Manufacture Engineering or project management
