Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位目的
Ensure the Suppliers in China are in compliance with the laws and regulations of business principle.
Specific Accountable Essential to Acceptable Job Performance
具体职责
1. Collect and Study the relevant laws & regulation on EHS released by government; Understand the requirements and/or impact by these laws & regulation on our involved industries.  
收集并研究国家颁布的有关安全、健康、环境法律法规；理解相关政策对产业、行业的影响或者基本要求。
2. Study and Understand Alfa Laval Business Principle Policy; Communicate and network with Alfa Laval global Supplier Business Principle Auditing team; Analysis the gap or difference between Chinese laws & regulations and AL global requirements.
研究并理解AL商业准则政策；与AL总部负责供应商BP审核的同事沟通合作；分析中国法律法规和AL全球标准的差异。
3. Establish a business principle audit template for Auditing Suppliers in China.
制定中国供应商商业准则审核表格
4, Make out the Suppliers BP Audit plan and execute the audit at suppliers’ field;
制定供应商BP审核计划，并根据计划审核供应商。
5. Assist Suppliers to investigate the causes of BP accidents, define the corrective & preventive actions if need.
根据需要，协助供应商调查有关BP事故的原因，寻找纠正和预防的方案
6, Make the audit reports and present the findings to suppliers;.
编制审计报告，并向供应商公布审计结果。
7. Ensure suppliers making correction or improvement plans and follow up the result
要求供应商就审计发现的问题制定纠正或是改善计划；跟踪计划执行情况。
8, Communicate and Coordinate AL Sourcing department to develop suppliers BP performance.
沟通并配合AL采购部门改善供应商的BP表现。
9. Present to management team about China Suppliers BP development, provide information or advice to support the management decision.
向管理层汇报中国供应商商业准则改善情况，为管理决策提供相关信息或者建议。  
10. Other works assigned.

Education Level/Experience & Specific Job Requirements
教育程度/工作经历及工作特殊要求
Education: University education or above
本科以上学历
Experience: above 10-years supplier auditing experience or/and above 5-years EHS management experience
有10年以上的供应商审核相关工作经历；至少5年EHS管理经验
Fluent communication in English
流利的英语口语能力；
Over 5 years auditing experience in social compliance
五年以上社会责任审核的工作经验
Be familiar with Laws, Regulations and Industry Standard
熟悉企业社会责任方面的法规、行业标准
Understand Laws & Regulation of Labor & Employments
了解劳动用工方面的法律法
Good knowledge on EHS, the related laws and regulations    
有较好的安全/环保/职业卫生知识,了解国家相关法律法规  
Proficient ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 management system;  
熟悉ISO14001及OHSAS18001系统；
Good communication with internal and external party  
具有很好的内外部沟通能力
