Main duties and responsibilities
?Provide on-site and telephone support, training and repair service for Rapid Prototype machine and 3D printer customers. Includes installation support, on-site repair, print system operation evaluation, root cause analysis and equipment maintenance and operation overviews.
? Provide on-site equipment setup and installation - from uncrating to power-up, functional testing and securing customer sign-off - of all product lines.
? Provide on-site trouble-shooting, Root Cause Analysis and repairs on 3D printers and print systems that may be experiencing complex electrical, mechanical or pneumatic problems. Provide customer reports of actions taken during On Site visit.
? Initial and on-going formal customer operator and printer maintenance overviews. Interact effectively at multiple levels of customer organization to encourage adherence to company operation and maintenance requirement.
? Respond to onsite service incidences in a timely manner via Telephone, Email, text etc.
Required Skills
Education and Experience Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanics or Electronics, familiar with PLC. Knowledge of pneumatic is plus
2. 3+ years related experience as service engineer
3. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
4. Team oriented and strong systematic and coordination skill
5. Result oriented
6. Excellent written and spoken English and computer skills.
7. Capable for continuous learning.
