Production Supervisor (Suzhou)

What are my responsibilities?

1.控制人为问题，对物料问题及时反馈给IQA工程师，通过质量控制，从而生产出一流的产品。

Control workmanship, feedback material problem to IQA engineer, to supply excellent product by quality control.

2.根据生产计划，领导下属完成生产任务，达到交付能力目标，更好地满足客户的需求，与工程人员合作，不断改善生产流程，提高生产效率。

As per production plan, lead line leaders fulfill production task & achieve productivity requirement and better satisfy the customers.

3.与企划部门合作,及时交付产品,满足客户的要求。

Coordinate with Logistic Department, achieve delivery capability index, in order to better satisfy customer.

4.与企划部门合作，根据生产能力合理安排生产计划并及时完成。

According to production capability, coordinate with Logistic Department, arrange & manage production plan, and fulfill it in time.

5.所有的操作要符合质量体系的要求，并对生产中发生的异常情况，及时与相关人员联系、协调并得到妥善解决，以保证生产正常运行。

Make sure all operations should meet requirement of quality system; feedback problem happen in process, contact & assort with relevant department and appropriately solve it; ensure production run well.

6.控制生产纪律，保持环境清洁、整洁，以确保产品的质量和生产效率。

Control discipline, keep work environment clean & quiet, ensure quality and productivity of production.

7.与相关部门合作，安排新产品、新部件的试生产。

For new product/part mass production, coordinate with relevant department, arrange new product/part pilot run.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.管理或电子工程类专业本科学历；

Bechelor degree, majoring in Management or Engineering.

2.3年以上电子行业，2年以上生产管理工作经验。2年以上外资或合资企业工作经验。

At least 3 years working experience in electronic industry, 2 years on production management. Above 2 years working experience of joint venture or foreign company
