Mainly responsibility but not limits to:

1. Be in charge of payment process of 5 legal entities cross China via e-banking ;

2. Bank reconciliation for 5 legal entities during month end process to supporting month end closing;

3. Internal fund transfer to make sure bank balance to meet business requirement;

4. Cash flow statement and cash forecast ;

5. Short term investment plan of surplus cash, and timely renewal;

6. Bank account management of all China legal entities, including change of authority signature ; open and close bank account etc.;

7. Custody of cheque, credit voucher, constructors’ performance bond;

8. Handle custom bond renewal on yearly basis without delay;

9. Coordinate with external auditors to get bank confirmation for statutory audit;

10. Ad hoc task as required.

Education and Qualification:

1. Diploma degree or above, major in accounting, finance, economic is preferred;

2. Accountant Certificate (上岗证) is a must.

Experience and Skills:
1. finance/accounting related experience in a multinational company

2. Hands on experience with ERP is a plus

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, Fluency in English

4. Discipline, integrity, result driving and a good team player.

5. Fresh graduate is also welcome
