职位描述

ROLE:

This position has three major responsibilities:

(1) Responsible for passenger vehicles and drivers management to ensure employees have a satisfied and safe transportation;

(2) Responsible for company Canteen management to make sure employees are provided good quality meal and service;

(3) Office building surroundings and plant public area administrative issues such as cleaning vendor management, stationery and document management, meeting /visitors rooms and working station dispatching etc

.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

l Analyze the transportation and Canteen status regularly, forward the improvement proposal; lead the communication among departments and generate a solution, improve the previous procedure, then to conduct in into the practice, this is a cycle loop and the satisfaction of employees/visitors combing with a reasonable cost will be evaluation of the performance;

l Check and review the working result provided by all Admin related vendors (transportation, cleaning, landscaping, etc.) on a daily basis for the better contracted services;

l Liaise and coordinate within departments and internal of Company as well as external resources such as contractors, Jian Li, Project Management Company and project partner to support project execution on Admin aspect;

l Work with PR and Admin Manager, refer to ISO IMS to Streamline and build up department procedures and take part in internal audit;

l Write some subject communication letters to external connections such as local authorities, community and industry neighbors; Take meeting minutes;

l Proactively make plan, organize and support Plant events/activities;

l Translate general materials between Chinese and English during daily work;

l Take part in documentation, records and archives management;

l Other administrative work as assigned by Manager
