职位描述

Responsibilities:
? Taking responsible for the performance and development of the staff of sales department.
负责销售人员的绩效与发展。
? Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team.
负责制定个人及团队行动计划。
? Initiating action plans to penetrate new markets.
负责启动新市场渗透计划。
? Implementing KPI review with all sales staff to build more effective communications, to understand training and
development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales engineer’ s sales and activity
performance.
负责对销售人员实施KPI 考核,建立更加有效的沟通机制,充分了解本部门人员的培训及发展需要;关注销售工程师
的销售及行为绩效的提高。
? Providing timely feedback to top management regarding performance.
负责向最高管理层及时提供绩效反馈。
? Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Engineers.
负责对销售工程师提交的定价、销售及各项活动报告进行准确记录。
? Monitoring RFQ Status.
负责监控RFQ 状态。
? Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
负责根据预算控制各项费用。
? Training and developing the managerial and executive skills for subordinates.
培训和开发下属的管理和执行能力。
? Implementing EZH all related policies & SAP system with accurate data.
执行公司相关政策且保证SAP 系统中输入数据的正确性。
? Developing new business plan and sales strategy.
开发新的商业计划及营销策略。
? Ensuring attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
确保实现公司销售目标及利润的实现。
? Increasing market share and achieve the company’ s annual sales target.
提升市场占有率及完成公司的年度销售目标。
? Conducting regular coaching and counseling with sales engineers to build motivation and selling skills.
对销售工程师定期培训、辅导,培养主动性与销售技巧。
? Ensuring that all Sales Engineers meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments,
presentations, proposals and closes
确保所有的销售工程师在电话营销、公司介绍、预约或建议等方面符合或超过所有行为标准。
? Ensuring that all complaints from customers can be handled in time.
确保所有客户投诉得到及时处理。
? Maintaining contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
与客户保持联络,确保较高的客户满意度。
? Training subordinate, updating their competence and instructing them to meet their KPI target.
培训下属以提高他们的工作能力并使他们达到KPI 绩效考核目标。

Requirements:
? Bachlor degree or above major in marketing or related specialty
市场营销或相关专业学士或以上学位。
? Familiar with related products and customers.
熟悉相关产品及客户群。
? Familiar with sales channel.
熟悉销售渠道。
? Having rich knowledge of international trading, logistics, finance, shipping and China customs clearance.
有丰富的国际贸易、物流、船务、财务/金融及关务知识。
? Familiar with customer relationship and key account management.
熟悉客户关系及大客户管理。
? More than seven years’ working experiences in managerial level in Electronic industry or equivalent.
七年以上电子或相关行业的管理经验。
? All basic skills required to fulfill the job, i.e. analytical, organization, communications and negotiation, learning and
implementing skills.
具备分析、组织和沟通、学习和执行等基本技能。
? Having successful experiences in the development of both China and overseas markets.
有成功的国内外市场开拓经验。
? Organizing and managing sales team successfully by setting up effective stimulating system.
通过建立有效的激励机制成功地组织、管理销售队伍。
? Having experiences in composing and implementing sales plan, brand promotion and company strategy.
有制定并执行销售计划、品牌推广及公司战略的经验。
? Having strong consciousness in marketing, information and team spirit;
有很强的市场、信息及团队意识。
? Should have management experiences, i.e. have leader a team, group or department before.
具备管理经验,如有团队或部门的管理经验。
? PC skills (able to use MS word, MS Excel,Powerpoint and Outlook etc.).
具备电脑操作能力(能使用MS word, MS Excel, Powerpoint 和 Outlook 等)。
? Good at writing and oral English skills.
良好的英文读写和口语能力。
