职位描述
Job responsibilities:
1. Press clipping for our brands / scanning and filing the clippings / producing clipping folders
2. Database management and update for shop openings / media contacts etc.
3. Date entry for customer contacts collected from events / truck shows.
4. Assistant with coordinating monthly / quarterly press release emails esp. for MARNI etc.
5. Assist with compilation and distribution of seasonal press kit mailings.
6. Distribution of event mailings or shopping mall related activities.
7. CHN translation of certain emails from shopping malls.
8. Assist with truck show set-up and backstage dresser for events.
9. Prepare monthly VIP report for pre-event preparation prior to official mailing.
10. Assist with media press loans / packing and un-packing of sample delivery.
11. Post event expense claim application for marketing department.
Qualifications & Skills
1. With Fasion marketing background and/or communications/events.
2. Willing to learn and take on projects in a responsible manner.
3. Working for the company at least 3 days a week.
4. Be good at written and verbal English/Chinese.
5. Bachelor Degree, 3th grade,will graduate in 2013.
