Position: OD, Learning & Development Director, Corporate
Report to: Vice President of Human Resources
Location: Changzhou / Shanghai
SUMMARY:
- The job-holder should be the expert of Organization Development, Training Design and Talent Development.
- He/she will be fully responsible for Organization Competency Diagnosing, Talent Evaluation Criteria/Standard, Competence Module Design/Implement, Workforce Planning and Process, Training System Building;
- Identify, develop and retain key positions and key talents, mid-term and long-term successors.
- Planning, building and operating of Group’s Management Institute/University
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Well understand business strategy and operation, establishment and facilitation of Group’s Learning & Management System, Key-Talent Training & Development System, and Talent Career Ladder System
- Identify and develop Key Talent; build and implement Succession Plan
- Design and Develop tailor-made/reasonable training projects to enhance company’s business development capability; learning & development can better satisfy company’s strategic growth needs
- Set-up, facilitate and implement Group’s learning & development work-plan, manage all training resources.
- Build, facilitate and implement a learning organization and internal knowledge management; Design Internal Training Courses, Train the Internal Trainers, and explore external training resources.
- Build and operate of Group’s E-learning System as required.
- Training management of new employee and new management
- Collect and analyze Group’s training needs, plan and implement Group’s critical learning activities and training assignments.
- Analysis and reporting of Group’s training business data and feedback.
- Coach and support subsidiaries’ L&D jobs
- Coach subsidiaries to build and improve L&D Policies and monitor its’ operations status
- Periodically provide professional training to L&D staff of subsidiaries to improve their knowledge and skill.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 8 years Learning & Development, Organization Development and Talent Development working experience with famous companies, proven successful record of building-up training system, courses design and development, training delivery.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Excellent communication in oral and written, strong coordination capability and good command of Computer
