职位描述
Participate monthly financial close and track closing checklist, coordinate finance partners on journals booking,
Fix asset management: Ensure fixed assets' appropriation, transfer and written off being complied with company policy and procedure, FA and depreciation booked according to company standards, coordinate fixed assets stock taking,
Build effective working relationships with other shared service teams, Finance business partnership teams.
Use exception reporting and root cause analysis to identify issues and areas for improvement; liaise with Business Partners and Business Managers to drive improvement.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
Report on and resolve non-compliance issues.
Liaison with advisors, external audit and tax authorities.
Provide support to entity finance team for adhoc reporting requirements.
Other adhoc assigned by the line manager.
Solid GL/ AM knowledge and skills,
Familiar with SAP operation,
Implement best business practice
Obtain and leverage business sponsorship
Exceptional service to the business
Deliver process changes within the set timeframes
