主要职责：
1. Orgnize manufacturing or packing production to ensure timely completion of the production plan both in quality and quantity.
2. Supervise all the procedures and audit the key points of quality and safe operation to make them complying with the requirements of MLS or PLS and SOP,
3. Resolve the abnormal issues of raw material, facilities, technology and environment during production.
4. Give training to workers about SOPs, GMP and technique to make them qualified.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure production running smoothly.
6. Review the production batch record that have been finished and other technology documents to ensure that they are consistent with requirements.
7. Continuonsly optimize production process and improve capacity of facilities to reduce production cost.
8. Carry out the corporation’s policy of environment, keep on training and regulate the safe operation to make certain that the objective of the department can be accomplished.
9. Conduct reviews of the performances of subordinates twice a year.

学历要求：
1. 学历，专业要求(Education/Major)：University degree or above of Pharmacy or Chemistry.
2. 工作经验(Working Experience)：More than 3 years of relative experience of management in medicine manufacturing.
3. 工作相关技能(Job-related Skills): Good ability of communication of Chinese and English.
4. 能力要求(Competency Requirements):Strong management ,technical and quality background in medicine production.
5. 其他相关要求 (Other Requirements):Familiar with FDA,SFDA and TGA regulation and process , have experience of Pharmaceutical companies with multinational preferred.
