职位描述
Basic job purpose:
To play the leadership role, support and train various QC function in China, Liaise with personnel at all levels to ensure the smooth implementation of the company wide quality management system. Establish, align, deploy and monitor quality goals and measurements
Responsibilities
1. Establish relevant quality planning among the China Team.
2. Setting up quality measurement of the organization, align, deploy and monitor it.
3. Provide consulting for Quality related activities among the sites in China.
4. Supporting Quality Audits at various sites in China and ensure all issues being addressed and improve.
5. Acts as Management Representative for the organization.
6. Lead, train and motivate all peers and subordinates in the aspect of quality related activities and instill quality awareness at all level of organization.
7. Coordinate with customer and supplier to ensure the smoothness operation of transferring new product, technology and meeting the specification. as well as provide feedback to manufacturing on all quality aspects.
8. Perform other job task as when required by superior.
9. Contact window of quality related between the regions worldwide
10. Coordinate all quality projects and activities in China under guiding from Asia QC manager.
Required skills&Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Quality management, Science or Engineering ).
2. Four or Five years related to quality management and manufacturing experience and/or Administration.
3. Fluent Spoken and Written English.
4. Good interpersonal communication skills.
5. Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail.
6. Excellent leadership and facilitation skills.
7. Passion for operation function and ability to teach, mentor and coach.
8. Basis of Financial figures & terms
9. Six Sigma experience or certification, Lean Certification and CQE Certification is preferred.
10. Strong data analysis ability.
