职位描述

Main Responsibilities

· Business Partner: Be the partner of the business team to align our people strategy with the business, and support the change management. It is extremely important that the individual understands the business direction, has the ability to review and analyze business requests, identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention and value proposition.

· Resources/Staffing Planning and Management: Drive the process of resources planning and provide in-time recruitment solution to support business growth.

· HR Operation Process/Policy: Support national HR team to ensure the smooth implementationof HR operational processes and policies. Drive HR initiatives such as performance management, compensation & benefit programs, employee training and development, etc.

· HR Projects: Will lead and participate in various HR projects, drive for HR operational excellence and business transformation.

· Employee Relationships: Be the contact point for all employees in the team when they seek for advice and address concerns.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources or business oriented field;

· At least 10 years of human resources operational experience in MNCs, preferably has both commercial and manufacturing experiences;

· Familiar with HR processes, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;

· Proven project management skills that demonstrate the ability to put together project plans and execute effectively;

· Able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment;

· Ability to quickly understand the business strategy, financial environment and team dynamics;

· Strong communicator with effective listening, presentation and influencing skills;

· A team player with strong interpersonal skills;

· Proficient in English and Chinese
