Make sure that company's Capital investment project cost and schedule management practice, standards, rules and procedures as well as local practice and standards are strictly implemented during project study and implementation phase with the objective to ensure all project cost and schedule estimate and control work activities are properly performed to achieve project overall targets and excellence performance.
- - Bachelor or Master Degree in civil/arch/mechanical/electrical/instrument/ other engineering disciplines or economics.
- Minimum 8 years' working experience in the related industry (pharmaceutical or petrochemical), of which, at least 4 years' experience in project cost estimate, cost control and planning.
- Ability to accumulate and compiles accurate cost data to prepare the project budget and update the cost status of the project.
- Ability to support discipline engineers to review change order proposal from subcontractors.
- Good skill in computer, familiar with office software.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese
- Working proactively with result oriented and teamwork spirit
