KEY CHALLENGES:

- Closely work with other managers and engineers in the project team and RAPTC to provide his expertise to ensure project work targets achieved with its continue improvement.

- The job holder must show his ability of process engineering expertise through implementation of best practices and procedures.

- The job holder must demonstrate good knowledge and work skill and solid practice to carry out this process engineering work in the field of chemical industrial capital investment project.

INTERNAL CONTACTS:

- All people involved in the project team for project study and implementation

- Close coordination with the Project Manager and engineering manager in different scopes of the job to facilitate communication / links with project customer's organization & site team to define the process control philosophy, technical spoliations, related cost estimate...in line with standards and procedures, document and records, work on action plans, corrective action.

- Communication with process & control team of WW engineering organization. And perform work status regular report, records, compliance, return of experience, lessons learned, and feedback to investment management system.

DEGREE OF AUTONOMY:

- Should implement the related tools and methods of process engineering calculation as per defined at the central engineering level for corporate Capex management system

- Encouraged to take the initiatives to enhance operational excellence in the zone with the support from the central engineering expertise

JOB SPECIFICATION:

* Education Level

- B.S. degree or above in chemical engineering/process technology
* Length of Working Experience

- Minimum 10 years experiences in chemical design Institute/engineering Company, or in chemical projects, or in production/maintenance
- Familiar with the principles and procedures of project and process engineering, as well as the control and integration of activities associated with design and construction projects,
- Computer skills with office software and process calculation software such as Aspen Plus, as well as graphic design tools such as AutoCAD/Microstation

- Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese

- Working proactively with result oriented and teamwork spirit
