职位描述
Title: Demand Manager
Organization: Supply Chain Management – China Manufacturing
Location: Suzhou
Reports to: Supply Chain Director – China Manufacturing
Position Summary:
Establish the SIOP process with global and regional customers, aggregate the demand by product line, drive SIOP process improvement. Conduct/monitor all Customer Service activities to ensure timely responses to customer request. Identify and drive improvement of all processes in Supply Chain to satisfy customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
? Create regional aggregate demand by regular review and meeting with country planner and sales team;
? Chair regional SIOP meeting, perform capacity and labor efficiency analysis and coordinate with Production & Planning to make the monthly and weekly production plan(MPS);
? Propose the inventory management principles to fulfill the customer requests and improve customer service level;
? Conduct all manufacturing site CSR activities/work to ensure an accurate, quality and timely response to all requests from customers;
? Full engaged in E2E Supply Chain setup, realize direct/drop/consolidation shipment to customers;
? Report key performance metrics linked to Demand Planning ( Forecast Accuracy ) and Delivery (OTS) and drive for excellence;
? Communicate and coordinate with 3rd Party Audit per request from customers.
Qualifications:
? University above graduate in SCM, Logistics or equivalent, MBA is a plus.
? 8+ years solid experience in Customer Service/Demand Management in a multinational company, Instrumentation/Medical/Industrial filed is preferred.
? Familiar with ERP, knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
? Strong Leadership skills, 5+ year managerial position experience.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross functional teams and customers.
? Good analytical skills, high business acumen.
? Able to deal with complicated work under pressure, willing to travel at high percent in domestic and overseas.
? Good command of English, both oral and written.
Key Metrics:
? On Time Shipment (OTS) to customer’s request.
? Order lead time and fulfillment Rate.
? Level of customer service/satisfaction.
? Forecast Accuracy
? Overall Inventory level (BDOS)
