Job Title: Product Development- project manager
Job Purpose: (General Function, Primary Objective, Important End result)
Product development for AI WBA business to enhance our sales in blank area, special in bottle labeling.
Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, headcounts, etc)
1. Complete Stage Gate project on time > 80%.
2. Successful production of first batch >95%
3. maintain 5S in lab
4. comply policy of Henkel.
5. Principal Accountabilities
Content of Accountabilities Spent time %
1 New product development 40%
2 Cost down project 30%
3 AO support 10%
4 BOM maintain 10%
