岗位职责:

1 负责进出口部门组织与人员管理；

2 根据出货计划安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪；

3 制作，审核进出口报关单据，相关文件的整理及归档；

4 核算运输成本，协助支付运费；

5 同海关、商检等部门保持良好关系，解决进出口过程中出现的突发问题。

岗位要求:

1 大专以上学历，对进出口报关和货运有一定的了解,有相关工作经验优先；

2 熟练使用电脑，熟悉办公软件的操作；

3 做事严谨细心，有较强的责任心和敬业精神，能够承受较强的工作压力；

4 具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；

5 熟悉进出口流程，了解并遵守当地海关/商检法令法规；

6 良好的英语书面阅读和表达能力；

7 熟练操作Office软件。
