工作职责：

1. 负责产品申报、备案，并提供内部培训，保障产品的合规性；

2. 负责公司相关产品的技术法规事务，确保产品符合国家法律法规要求，完成产品注册；

3. 负责产品备案资料编写；

4. 负责提供市场部技术支持材料等；

5. 负责及时了解国家的技术法规，并及时与业务部门沟通，为产品研发及发展决策提供建设性意见；

6. 负责政府制定标准法规的人员协调，建立良好的沟通平台，并参与政府/检测机构、行业协会、专家等沟通和联系；提供专业意见，实现公司在法规方面与政府机构的良好沟通。

任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历，化学、生物化学、医学等相关专业；

2. 4年以上化妆品法规工作；

3. 熟悉化妆品法规和申报文件的编写，熟悉化妆品申报流程；

4. 欧美外资企业优先考虑；

5. 认真细致负责，较强的协调沟通能力；

6. 英语熟练。
