Senior Production Process Supervisor-高级生产工艺主管（有印刷包装行业经验者优先）

Responsibilities：

1. Develop product specification and improve product quality;
2. Improve production efficacy and quality improvement.;
3. Handle new product development and communicate with GPD;
4. Internal training on product development;
5. Provide technical support for other departments;
6. To investigate any CCR/NMR and implement necessary corrective/preventive actions;
7. To review daily workflow of PE team for continuous improvements;
8. To manage and monitor the discipline of all PE Engineer, Assistant PE Engineer and PE clerk;
9. To streamline the process flow that need to have better communicate skill with GSPD, Platform, Ops team and Sales team;
10. Drive Lean activities implement.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of working experience;
2. Have high ability on the process continue improvement;
3. Have knowledge of cost analysis and seek idea on cost saving;
4. Fluency in Auto-CAD or other similar software;
5. Dedicate, self-motivation, and focus on detail;
6. Excellent communication and cooperation skill;
7. Good English and Fluent Mandarin;
8. Good knowledge of Office
