Sr. Market Research Supervisor /高级市场研究主管（有跨国市场研究公司经验优先）

工作职责：

1. 根据公司年度产品发展战略、经营计划、运营管理部需求，拟定市场调研计划，协助营销信息处经理完善市场调研计划。
2. 调研与分析行业、市场信息，年度业态经营状况的常规调查（竞争环境、竞品经营动态、市场规模、通路变化状况），并撰写相关分析报告；
3. 分析行业与市场特点，进行营销模式创新研究；
4. 根据设计的营销模式，策划市场的营销方案并实施推广；
5. 完善调查体系及相关制度；
6. 协助上级领导，做好常规市场调查体系的建立和完善（通路体系、价格体系、广宣体系），制定相关制度规范，并督导实施；
7. 协助上级领导拟定本业务的培训计划。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历；
2. 管理、统计相关专业；
3. 2年以上国际市场研究公司或企业相关调研经验；
4. 知识技能精通：市场营销管理、品牌管理；熟悉统计学、运营管理；
5. 具有优秀的创新能力、沟通能力、执行能力以及市场营销策划和提案能力；
6. 英语流利。
