高级财务主管（总账）/Sr.Finance Supervisor (GL)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Administrate the daily activities of the finance staff;

2. Oversee the establishment of proper accounting reporting systems and ensures subsidiary financial reporting practices;

3. Involve the development and implementation of the ERP system to facilitate the record-keeping, reporting of data and information for management purpose Monitor agreed upon customer service levels and performance metrics to ensure results are achieved;

4. Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for ME closing activity consistent with documented policies and procedures. Assist with the standardization of desktop procedures and forms used in the AR functions;

5. Identify the training needs, Develop the training calendar for cross-training and skill development of employees after they have completed the initial new hire training process;

6. Assess and coach individual employee development. Deliver annual performance assessments;

7. Identify and implement process improvements and best practice initiatives.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance, total work experience > 4 years, including 2 years in GL function, at least 1 years experience in a supervisor position;

2. Ability to proficiently operate PC and related software packages, SAP experience is preferred;

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin;

4. Must possess strong customer service skills and focus;

5. Must have strong interpersonal skill to manage, direct, and coach staff members;

6. Team Building/ team handling skills.
