Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising management Control Self Assessment and perform indepedant review to help location identify issues and ensure timely solution taken;
Responsible for performing operational audits, financial audits and special audits as FCPA audits, T&E audits for Asia Pacific entities based on the risk assessment, identify the issues, develop corrective actions and ensure the corrective actions be properly implemented;
Responsible for the remediation of Open Audit Issues, work with related issue owners to close the open audit issues within required timeframe;
Assisting the manager to standardize / optimize the Standard Operating Procedure;
Facilitating the quarterly representation letter process and account reconciliation process;
Assisting the manager to coordinate with internal and external auditors;


Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Accounting / Finance;
3 plus years' accounting or business experience, with strong preference for big 4 experience in Audit area, but not necessary.
Understand ERP concept, with strong preference for experience in SAP, Oracle or others;
Understand Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, with strong preference for experience in SOX readiness or attestation work;
Good communication skills, including inter-personal relationship skill, influential skill and managing conflict skill;
Strong analytical skills and business process understanding
Ability to work independently and in teams to manage projects from conception through implementation
Demonstrated Leadership to drive to design and implement change, motivate and coach others.
Fluent in both English & Mandarin.
