JOB PURPOSE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (why job exists / what it must achieve)
Purposes -
The position is to achieve following goals:
1. To provide site support to end users for both local site and remote sites with service level defined in SLA
2. To provide support to site IT infrastructure in cooperation with global IT technical center
3. To support infrastructure projects, perform physical implementations
4. To manage 3rd party onsite support resource and service level
5. Daily operation and site point of contact of LEIS
Responsibilities -
Service Delivery
1. Provide 2nd level support to end users
2. Coordinate with Global technical center and support network system including servers, PCs, printers, PABX and other network equipment
3. IT Inventory management
4. Software/hardware upgrade/purchase coordination and vendor management
5. Manage 3rd party resources for daily support work and track the performance
6. Site POC, collect, update and provide site information when required
7. Monitoring and maintaining compliance with documented Infrastructure. E.g. Vendor management, asset management, security management and Licensing at site level
8. Project coordination, piloting, implementation and support
9. Provide cross sites support as required
10. Maintain site ITCP and other SOP documents, periodical review, update and test
11. Conduct training to end users

1. Manage 3rd party support resource
Key Relationships
1. Report to LEIS support manager and work closely with peers and vendors to provide LEIS support
2. Coordinate with global IT technical center for daily operation on network/servers
3. Manage 3rd party resource to make sure all services are under signed service level agreements.
4. Coordinate with global teams for service and projects
SPECIALISED KNOWLEDGE: (breadth & depth across disciplines / functions; expertise in field required)
1. B.S degree in computer science or engineering disciplines
2. 3 years+ IT support experience
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin both verbal and written required.
4. Strong analytical skills for problem resolutions
5. Service management ability
6. Project experience
7. IT technical background on WAN/LAN/Server/PC
8. Hand-on and capable of execution, especially helpdesk experience, problem tracking and reporting.
9. Ability to work across multiple sites, share best practice and deliver and co-ordinate
10. Ability to work with global teams outside China and ability to work independently
11. Multinational company experience
