职位描述

Responsibilities:


- Deliver daily support to users of IT systems and services. Handling client hardware and software installation, supporting, troubleshooting as 1st and/or 2nd level support.

- Coordination of installation, maintenance of basis to IT infrastructures, including cabling system, server room facilities and so on.

- Work closely with IT teams of global competence network and local IT colleagues to ensure 7x24 system operation and support.

- Leading / involvement of technical improvements, responsible for documentation and reporting.

- Leading / involvement in projects.

- User trainings.


qualifications:


- University degree in computer science or related disciplines.

- Minimum 2 years IT working experiences, preferable with multi-national company.

- Experiences on client hardware support, including notebook and desktop, workstation, mobile / handhelds / blackberry, printer.

- Experiences on client software support, including (but not limited to) Win 7, Win XP, MS Office, Lotus Notes client. Skills of CA Unicenter agent, Check Point Endpoint Protection, LANCrypt, Symantec Endpoint Protection are preferred.

- Experiences of IT basis administration and cabling maintenance and documentation will be an advantage.

- Good verbal and written communication in English.
