职责描述：

1. 根据公司发展战略，制订积极、合理的销售目标和计划；

2. 根据销售目标，按时完成公司分配的销售任务；

3. 收集并反馈公司业务市场情况、竞争对手情况以及客户群体信息，为公司决策提供支持；

4. 负责项目回款以及跟进项目合作过程中的其它相关事宜；

5. 根据需要，逐步组建完善销售团队，进行培训和管理，指导团队工作的开展，督促团队成员的日常工作安排和工作进度；

6. 协助销售专员完成业绩目标；

7. 遵守公司各项规章制度，完成公司交付的其它任务。

任职要求：

1. 一年以上销售经验，业绩突出者或有销售团队管理经验者优先；

2. 具备较强的市场开拓能力和沟通谈判技巧；

3. 执行能力强，有创新精神，勇于接受挑战性工作，较强的分析和解决问题的能力；

4. 具备良好的职业操守，高度的责任感和进取心，良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神；

5. 拥有相关人脉资源或者行业资源者（如医院、科研单位、生物医药公司）优先；

6. 大专以上学历，生物医药或咨询培训行业工作经验者优先。
