Purpose of the Job

This position is responsible for journal entry preparation, analysis on movement and changes, support supervisor on closing process to ensure financial statements are compliance with Group’s Financial Policies and Procedures as well as PRC GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

·Daily AP document check and bookkeep in SAP system

·Reconcile with inter-Group or externalcompanies

·Communicate with internal function or external companies to deal with the finance issues

·Prepare reports as required by immediate supervisors or site finances

·Ad hoc tasks or projects

Main Competence Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or business related field

·Three years working experience in AP Function

·Be familiar with AP/Expense Claim, have clear concept to VAT

·Proficient in office software Excel, Word, Power-point etc.

·Experience in handling overall accounting processing is preferred

·Experience in SAP is preferred

·Show willingness to learn more and initiate plans on self-development

·Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
