Role (Purpose of the job)
To plan, execute, and finalize projects based on clear deadlines and within budget. It will include acquiring internal and external resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to provide deliverables according to original plan. This position will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibility
The person we are looking for should have 3 years of corporate IT application project implementation experience and 2 years of application maintenance experience with good business knowledge of automotive financing, and an advanced degree in computer science or related major. Key assignments include:
· Plan, secure an manage resources to bring about successful completion of specific project goals and objectives in a set timeframe
· Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
· Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
· Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
· Able to understand, interpret and transfer business requirements and demands into daily work and projects to ensure customer/user satisfaction
· Able to deliver accurate, timely and useful business intelligence and data to the business
· Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
· Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues
· Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders
· Track project milestones and deliverables
· Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
· Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality
· Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
· Handover the application implementation from project phase to maintenance phase
· Establish Change Management Process and act as Change Manager
· Establish Demand Management Process and Release Management Process
Main Competence Requirements
· Minimum 3 years’ experience of application project implementation in multi-international enterprise, preferable financial services industry
· Good understanding on auto financing business process and have good analytical ability
· Good knowledge / understanding of financial services products & services
· Experience of supporting on user requirement definition, analysis, testing and manage change request of the applications
· Knowledge on PMP,SDLC,SCRUM,XP
· Knowledge on J2EE,.NET platform
· Knowledge on Oracle, MS SQL Database
· Experience in various areas like CRM, ERP, SAS, BI etc
· Knowledge on common Enterprise IT Infrastructure Server, Network and storage etc.
· Good sense of responsibility and strong evidence of personal initiative
· Well organized, great follow-up skills and be process oriented and able to handle multi-tasks
· Be a good team leader
· Be a good estimator and budget manager
