Responsibilities:
·You are located in Beijing and building the interface between customers, management,
3rd parties and the IT department
·Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging in scale and scope from one day to several
months
·Management of online projects, software developments, innovative web platforms, portals
and IT tasks in general
·Write system proposals, system designs
·Handling change requests and their impact on given projects
·Define IT-Architecture together with development team
·Line management of all involved software engineers and brief quality assurance team
to test all projects and ensure a very high quality as its final result

Skills
Requirements:
·2-5 years' experience in (technical, software based) project management
·In one or more of the following areas you should be an expert
·Application-/Web-Development with J2EE, JSPs, frameworks like Struts, JSF, Liferay, Spring or
·Application-/Web-Development with VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net
·Databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, persistence layer frameworks like Hibernate
etc.
·Web-Development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript / AJAX, knowledge in content management systems,
frameworks like Liferay etc.
·Knowledge in XML, XSD, web services, web-/application-server (e.g. tomcat, apache,
jboss), development frameworks (e.g. eclipse, visual studio) and so on
·Familiar with agile development methods e.g. Scrum
·Strong task/project management skills
·Organization and time management skills
Personal
Requirements:
·University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
·Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken
·Strong communication and organizational skills
·Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
·Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
·High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to
