Responsibilities:
Delivering MS Dynamics CRM solutions for mainly automotive OEM
Customizing and extending MS Dynamics client-side and server-side using the SDK to create plug-ins, business logic etc
Creating dashboards and reports
Performing data migration and data cleansing
Creating custom entities, custom ribbons and views.
Advising clients (all levels of business and their management levels) and team members in regard to possible technical solutions
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
Process documentation (Business Proposal, System Proposal, GAP/Fit Analysis etc.)
Understand To-be processes vision, business capabilities, and processes
Skills Requirements:
Experience in Dynamics CRM 2011 (preferable certified)
Experience with and full knowledge of features of MS Dynamics CRM 2011
Must have full end-to-end experience on at least 2 Dynamics CRM projects
Experience in integration with other MS products like Sharepoint, Navision etc.
dotNet Development Experience
Development experience using Visual Studio 2008 or above
ETL-Tools such as SSIS
MS SQL Server 2008 or above and SQL experience
Documentation / modeling language know-how e.g. VISIO, UML
Apply project methodology and enforce standards - e.g. SCRUM
Personal Requirements:
University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn
