Senior IT Project Manager
Responsibilities:
? Manage projects ranging in scale and scope from one day to several months.
? Consult clients from Business-, IT- and Marketing- Department with IT-driven solutions in diverse areas.
? Document business processes and conduct GAP/Fit Analysis.
? Work out IT solutions, business proposals, system designs, high-quality presentations and training plans.
? Develop effort and cost estimates, program priorities and resource requirements.
? Communicate clearly and concisely with clients’ project- and upper- management.
? Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders on client site.
? Mentor and develop team members on methodology, general project related topics and best practices.
? Contribute to priority projects by contributing creative insights and making recommendations to the management.
? Take an active role in Business Development by preparing sales presentations, visualization of business processes, IT architectures etc.
Skills Requirement:
? Post Graduate/Graduate with very good communication skills in English; both oral and written.
? Very good working knowledge in IT area.
? Very good working knowledge of MS Office.
? Work experience in a multi-national IT service company is a plus
As an IT Consultant or Project Manager at CRM Factory, you
? Have no difficulty describing business processes in a structured way.
? Ask the right questions in order to break down business requirements into a concrete scope statement.
? Can describe the structure of a document that covers the complete scope of a project.
? Are able to transform business requirements into an IT solution design.
? Draw knowledge from vast experience with several implementation projects and apply it in your work.
? Are able to identify how standard features of out of the box IT system incorporate into a given business processes.
? Are further able to identify requirements that are not covered by the standard features.
? Are able to deal with new or changed requirements within a running project.
? Are familiar how a large corporate IT department operates.
? Are able to interact well in a multicultural environment
