职位描述
Senior QA Engineer
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
As a Senior QA Engineer, you work together with project team to complete below tasks
? Write Test Strategy, Test Plan and support business documentation
? Design Test Cases and Test Scripts per project requirements
? Execute test and log test results
? Report and track defects until closure
? Prepare Test Report and escalate issues/risks when necessary
? Support Project Manager / Project Owner or client for requirement changes and align test accordingly
? Prepare Test Report to project team or client
? Prepare User Manuals
? Support team members when required
? Analyze test process to identify improvements when required
? Work onsite at customer's office when required
Skills Requirements:
? Familiar with software development process, experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus
? Good knowledge of Quality Assurance process and testing methodologies
? Strong testing experience with both front-end and back-end applications
? Strong test documentation, e.g. Test Strategy/Test Plan
? Basic knowledge of database such as Oracle/MS SQL Server at least
? Experienced with test management and execution tools, such as HP QC, JIRA, LoadRunner, QTP, Selenium, Jmeter
? Testing experience with CRM / ERP / Website application is a plus
Personal Requirements:
? At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
? Minimum 5 years testing experience
? Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
? Fast learner, creative and innovative, High motivation, sense of responsibility & self-discipline
? Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
? Ability to work independently and also with team members
? Ability to handle high pressure when working directly with customer
? Flexibility to business travel is a plus
