Senior QA Engineer - Technical Specialist
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
As a Technical Specialist, you focus on Performance Test and automation test
? Support test manager on technical test strategy and methodology setup.
? Support projects / releases such as DMS/CRM on load test and automation test, which includes below tasks
o Technical test preparation - test scenario design, script development, and test pc setup.
o Load test and automation test execution
o Technical test result analysis
o Documentation and maintenance of the technical test scripts of projects/releases.
? Quality Center customization and support

Skills Requirements:
? Thorough understanding of performance testing and automation testing, tuning & benchmarks concepts and methodologies
? Experience in understanding & gathering performance test and automation test requirements and preparing test scenarios
? Experience in creating test volume data, data loading and data backup
? Experience in C, Java or Basic Language (experience on programming will be an advantage)
? Experience in test scripting and execution with load test tools and automation test tools (LoadRunner, QTP etc)
? Experience in performance/Automation metrics collection tools at Unix/Windows OS, database and application
? Experience in analyzing the test results and troubleshooting the cause of performance issues
? Experience in installation and administration of OS, DB (Oracle or SQL) and applications
? Experience in test tools (LoadRunner, Quality Center, Quick Test Professional)
? Knowledge in automotive industry or wholesale / retail processes is a plus

Personal Requirements:
? More than 5 years testing experience
? Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written are mandatory
? Good communication skills, team spirit, fast learner
? Good customer-handling
? Be able to work under high pressure
? Analytical minded
