CRM/ERP Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
a support Engineer for our Application Support - mainly Microsoft
Dynamics Navision: configuration, finance basic knowledge, software knowledge,
analysis knowledge. Benefit: database knowledge etc.
Support ERP (Incadea) system which is an ERP system for car
dealer, provide FAQ solution (Level 1) to business users.
Support all applications, which belong to ERP(Incadea) outspreaded.

Working with partner, escalating user problem to partner if the
problem can not be solved in Level 1.
Provide service to end users for daily IT support.
Requirements:
·
Majored in computer software/applications related.
·
Minimum 2 years 2 years applications support background, ERP/CRM production support is preferred
·
Good ERP/CRM knowledge will be an advantage
·
Experience in SQL server and script will be an advantage
·
Application,Website Support
·
Database Knowledge, Interface Knowledge, etc. is a plus
·
Software Development Know-how is a plus
·
Business Process Know-how (to be trained as well): CRM, Finance, Marketing
Personal Requirements:
·
University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
·
Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken
·
Strong communication and organizational skills
·
Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
·
Ability to work alone &unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
·
High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn
