工作地点：北京、深圳

工作要求：
1、2年以上linux后台开发经历，linux系统熟悉者优先，熟悉网络开发
2、精通C/C++，熟悉多进程编程和进程间通讯 ，对安全、高性能有深入了解
3、基础扎实，精通常用算法和结构
4、熟悉tcp/ip，http，熟悉mysql或其他大型数据库，了解shell脚本编程
5、具有两年以上互联网业务开发经验者优先，有大型分布式系统的开发

资深后台架构师
工作地点：北京、广州
工作要求：
具备深厚的信息检索或分布式计算技术；
具有知名搜索引擎公司1年以上技术背景，对互联网和搜索引擎技术有浓厚兴趣，对中国互联网和搜索引擎产品现状有一定理解；
3年以上c++编程经验，对算法/数据结构有深刻理解，有过大规模软件研发经验，精通性能调优各种方法。

工作职责：
负责台服务软件架构设计及或重要组件的研发；
负责跟踪国内外搜索技术，推动效果持续改进；
负责搜索系统平台化工作，推动基础架构优化。
