工作职责
负责微博搜索、视频搜索的产品策划工作；
负责搜索产品的需求撰写、技术实现沟通与项目进度跟进。

工作要求
5年及以上工作经验，三年以上互联网产品策划经验，本科及以上学历；
能准确识别并深刻理解用户需求并发现分析搜索中存在的问题，同时给出合理的解决思路；
熟悉用户搜索需求，了解搜索引擎基本工作原理和工作方法，有搜索相关工作经验优先；
对无线产品策划有一定的了解，有相关工作经验优先。
