Mission and Role:

- Drive day-to-day project management operations for all Sidel E&MH portfolio from business opportunity identification to project closing according to PMP included pre-order, project execution, coordinate with customer for on site activity and project close up, and manage claims

- Ensure projects technical & QCD level in front of the client, projects profitability and customer satisfaction

- Voice of SIDEL in front of the customer.

Responsibilities:

- Driving projects with optimized margin (including add-on’s) and maximized client satisfaction

- Feeding and updating the project in ERP (SAP)

- Managing projects risks and contingencies plan

- Escalating issues to manage risks/ leverage Sidel Group network

- Challenging projects stakeholders

- Supporting project engineer and project coordinator, in particular formal PMP training.

Is responsible in front of its hierarchy for:

- Designing projects in line with Sidel Group capabilities and follow up with PGPM the EMH products manufactured in POLO plant.

- Technical and cost definition of quotations

- Ensuring adequate communication within SIDEL stakeholders

- Follow PMP closely and give feed back to design for process & quality improvement

- Follow up of external suppliers (3rd party equipment manufacturer, piping & electrical contractors, professional consultants…)

Is responsible in front of the client for:

- Matching clients needs with Sidel portfolio offer

- Ensuring QCD level of the project

- Providing assistance during all the project, from the office or during client or site visits with duration appropriate to the assistance required, which could last weeks

- Ensuring data collection for project manufacturing
