POSITION DESCRIPTION
Consult Group - China after ten years of operation in Shanghai and in conjunction with a move to new and bigger premises at the Bund; also opened a new office in Suzhou. Consult Group is expanding its team and is seeking to hire bright and enthusiastic new team members into its consulting, research and business development teams.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment/Headhunter Service: Analyze positions to make clear the searching channels;prepare target companies & persons shortlist to clarify talent searching map.
招聘/猎头服务：根据客户的职位要求，分析职位JD，通过各种渠道搜寻候选人，包括Cold Call，确定目标公司和候选人名单。
2. First contact and select candidates and recommend to consultant, arrange interview and follow up the feedback from Candidates.
初步联系和筛选候选人，并推荐给顾问，安排候选人面试，并跟进来自候选人的反馈。
3. In each of the positions offered you have the opportunity to develop a relationships with a diverse pool of individuals and those companies that operate within industry segments that included general manufacturing, engineering and construction, chemical processing, resources and mining to name but a few.
4. Accomplish other issues assigned by consultant, report to Consultant 完成顾问交予的其他相关工作，日常汇报给招聘顾问
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Workplace experience is preferred preferably within industry or the services sector and recruitment experience is essential.
有相关猎头/人力资源招聘经验者优先考虑
2. Excellent communication skills 优秀的沟通能力
3. Client facing experience is highly regarded as will be English and Mandarin spoken language.
英语书面和口语良好，具有亲和力
4. Be able to work under pressure
