职位描述
Job Description
o Responsible for overall process definition and management of Module Assembly (SMT/Wave soldering) and mechanical assembly. Investigate, develop, optimize and evaluate key process for new and existing product.
o Acting as NPI leader to lead, introduce, coordinate and conduct new/normal products into manufacturing.
o Assure that procedure are efficient and all engineering documents are prepared and released without mistake o Maintain product specifications, BOM and Gerber files.
o Overall line process yield monitoring, control and improvements
o Review product DFX before NPI build, and work with CM, design engineer, solution center to improve product performance and manufacturability during product launching period
o Play an key role in new product introduction, to introduce, coordinate and conduct new/normal products into manufacturing
o Coordinator for other function team such as Design, Solution center, QA, test, CM site etc.
o Lead a problem-solving team, identify and troubleshoot quality, reliability, yield and cost problem
o Responsible for managing Cypress assets at CM (all jigs, stencil and fixtures) to meet process specification and to improve process yield
o Create and manage ECO process, follow up ECO implementation
Required Skills
Job Requirements:
o Knowledgeable on notebook or trackpad products manufacturing
o Rich Experience in relevant product development, hardware engineering and electronics manufacturing
o Experienced in solving engineering issue by use statistic tools such as DOE,CPK,SPC,8D and FMEA is an essential
o Fluent in English (both written and oral)
o Hard working and team player
o Takes initiative and sets high goals
o Customer service orientation
o Smart and confident
Minimum Education & Work Experience:
o Above 8 years in notebook or trackpad assembly industry
o Experienced in electronics manufacturing industry for 5 years.
o Bachelor’s Degree (5 year college) or above in any engineering discipline. EE, computer science or relevant field is a plus.
o Direct experience of handling Trackpad Module project in house and with contracted manufacturers is an value added advantage
