Responsibilities/ Authorities工作职责权限:

Reporting to Technical support & training manager. Ensure good result of production outcome.

Responsible for:

1. working out manufacturing concept, creating machine specification
2. supervising installation of machines on site
3. verifying and validating of machines and equipment
4. leading continuous improvement process and initiation of related optimizations

5. supervising of production processes , FMEA etc.

Qualifications任职资格:

Education background教育背景:

Bachelor/ master of science in Mechanical Engineering , Process Engineering

Work experience工作经验:

Manufacturing or engineering department, familiar with media supply

Experience to cooperate with local and foreign machine supplier

Competence and skills技能技巧:

Competence in process engineering and production system

Good at CAD tools

Good skills in PC, MS office

Familiar with cGMP and ISO 13486

Familiar with Lean manufacturing: 5s, six Sigma, CIP, Value Stream Design and others,

Others其它:

Good English in speaking and writing,

Target-oriented working, creative thinking, very communicative
