职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Manage five direct reports (four in Suzhou and one in Hong Kong)
? Responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for three legal entities
(one manufacturing entity in China, one Trading entity in China, and one Trading entity in Hong Kong)
? Responsible for timely and accurate Financial Statement and Management Reporting preparation for local management and the corporate office including journal entry preparation and posting, all general ledger activity, and account reconciliations
? Ensure that all financial reporting is in accordance with local regulations, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and Company internal accounting policies
? Ensure that all statutory compliances are prepared accurately and submitted within required deadlines, including tax returns and coordination of statutory audits
? Manage all tax matters including tax calculations, reporting, filings and coordination with Corporate Tax function
? Work with local banking partners and corporate treasury department to maintainbank accounts and manage cash requirements
? Coordinate all internal and external audit requirements and lead Company China risk management process
? Lead all China and DCAP accounting/finance Oracle ERP initiatives (upgrades, new module implementations)
? Assist in the preparation of the annual financial budget for China and DCAP
? Provide financial and accounting guidance and support to special projects as required (for example assisting with due diligence for M&A transactions)
Basic Qualifications
? 7+ years of Accounting and Finance experience in multinational company
? BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
? Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience required
? Excellent communications skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization
? Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
? Proficient in China accounting policy and tax regulations and familiarity with US GAAP
? Cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
? Has demonstrated success in managing, evaluating, hiring and developing talent
? Familiarity with large ERP computer systems
