职位描述
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Undertake sales efforts for Harsco’s external customers while upholding
Harsco’s Values at all times.
2) Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Harsco’s products. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
3) Maintain healthy and sufficient customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
4) Responsible for the Region’s forecasting, quotation, and sales tracking and profitability and payment collection.
5) Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that impact current and future growth
of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate
marketing and sales operations.
6) Special projects as assigned.
7) Responsible for AR collection in a timely fashion by meeting Harsco’s business objectives.
Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
? Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
? Strong negotiation and closing skills.
? Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
? Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to
customers.
? Computer literate
Education and Experience:
? Minimum two year education/ one year sales experience
Working Hours:
? Hours may vary and will require evening and weekend work depending on business needs and will require
working overtime
Working Environment:
? Work usually performed in an office setting or customer setting
Tools and Equipment Used:
? Personal computer, e-mail, copier, fax, phone, and other standard office equipment

1.负责规划区域内的客户拜访工作,获取有效信息并把握预期的销售订单;
2.规范、准确地向客户介绍产品,提出报价及交易条款,回答客户有关问题;
3.依照双方谈妥之价款拟定合同供审批;
4.跟踪已签合同的执行情况,协调处理交货事宜;
5.催收欠款,避免呆、死、坏账的出现;
6.对既有客户和潜在客户进行商业梳理,获取相关商业情报与信息,关注行业及同类产品的新动态;
任职要求:
1.大专以上学历,工民建,机械加工或钢结构相关专业人员优先,有一定的英文基础;
2.从事建筑工程项目、工程机械或工程材料销售2年(含)以上优先;
3.较强的客户沟通能力、敏锐的商业信息嗅觉、熟练的商务洽谈技巧;
4.能有效挖掘客户资源,维护客户关系;
5.踏实的工作作风、极强团队协作能力;
6.极强的工作激情和进取心。
7.吃苦耐劳,适应出差。
