Job Summary (Main responsibilities):
Assembly Engineers will be the bridge between the assembly technician / operators and the production engineer (including production Germany). Due to there knowledge related electronic and mechanical assembly , they will be able to transfer the best practices to the shop floor, create work instructions , asses the process and continuous improve

Key Responsibilities:
* Accountability for implementing according ISO9001/ISO14000/OHSAS18000 system
* Responsible for daily operation of assembly line
* Responsible for setting up all needed items for the assembly: assembly documents, tools needed, training off production staff. This in close cooperation with Germany. We need an optimal transfer of knowledge between China & Germany.
* Participate in process improvement project of the assembly line. Including assisting R&D Germany, production peissenberg in localization of suppliers
* Responsible for the device history record and all needed documentation accompanying each individual finished product
* Responsible for all planning activities: material planning,

Required competencies & skills:
* Mechanical – Electrical background ( bachelor level)
* Some experience is a plus, level similar to service technicians HE
* Good English level
* Potential to grow from assembly staff to more controlling / training roll
* Good organization skills
* Structural approach, good document control skills
* Good team communication, balanced between Germany, operators and management of AWIC
